IEBC Reviews Human Resource Systems to Enhance Election Delivery

Today, I joined colleagues at a validation and close-out workshop on IEBC Human Resource instruments, bringing together IEBC and the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development. The session reaffirmed that people are the true foundation of our institution. By strengthening our HR frameworks, embracing inclusion, and harnessing our collective experience, we are positioning IEBC to operate more effectively and deliver credible, free, fair, transparent, and peaceful elections for Kenyans—now and into the future.
